How It Works

  • You need to go to the booking page, select the desired tour and the number of participants, then you can select additional services, choose the date and time, fill out the contact form, make a deposit and you will receive a confirmation of the reservation to your email.

  • Our routes are off-road, be aware that it will be dust, heat and a lot of emotions. Prepare for the trip, take a bottle of water for the road, sunscreen, on the paths with bathing in the iris it is necessary to stock bathing accessories and a towel. If the tour is more than one day, you need to understand what you need to take with you to cover your needs.

  • Before booking a tour, we recommend that you read our rules and booking policy. Familiarize yourself with all the requirements and rules of conduct on the trail. 

  • We have been working on our itineraries for a long time and have tried to make it the way we want to see and experience it ourselves. All you have to do is follow all the rules and our task is to create an unforgettable adventure for you.

  • Where are we located and how do you get to us?
    We are located 15 minutes drive from the center of Heraklion. After making your reservation you will be sent a link to Google Maps for navigation. We also offer a shuttle service to and from your hotel.
  • Do I need a driver's license?
    Driver’s License Valid for at least 12 months. Categories AM, A1, A2, or B (standard car license acceptable for quads). Non-Latin licenses require an International Driving Permit.
  • What kind of vehicle will I get?
    Tours include 2 Buggies 1000cc and 4 Quads (500cc). Booking Distribution: 1–2 participants: 1 buggy (1 driver, optional 1 passenger) 3–4 participants: 2 buggies (2 drivers, optional 2 passengers) 5–6 participants: 2 buggies + 1 quad 500cc (3 drivers, optional 3 passengers) 7–8 participants: 2 buggies + 2 quads 500cc (4 drivers, optional 4 passengers) 9–10 participants: 2 buggies + 3 quads 500cc (5 drivers, optional 5 passengers) 11–12 participants: 2 buggies + 4 quads 500cc (6 drivers, optional 6 passengers) Example: If 6 people all want to drive, you must book the 7–8 participant tour (2 Polaris SxS + 4 Quads). If you don’t want to drive, you can still join as a passenger. However, the number of non-driving participants must not exceed 4. Please notify us in writing if you plan to join as a passenger only.
  • How do you drive a vehicle?
    How to Use the Vehicle Start in Park (P) with brakes applied. Use seatbelts. Clear all obstructions. Shift to H (forward) or R (reverse) and start smoothly. Use L + 4WD only when necessary. Constant use may cause damage (€5,000 repair fee). Stop immediately if unsure; the guide will assist. Monitor dashboard and report alerts. Do not shift selectors while moving. Drive and brake smoothly. When stopping, shift to Park (P) and turn off engine.
  • Safety Instructions for SXS (Side-By-Side) and ATV (All-Terrain Vehicle) Driving
    Safety Guidelines for ATV & SxS (Side-by-Side) Operation Before You Begin Training and Certification Complete a certified ATV or SxS safety training course before operating the vehicle. Obtain all licenses and permits required by local law. Read the Manual Familiarize yourself with the owner's manual for your specific vehicle. Pay close attention to safety instructions, operating procedures, and maintenance recommendations. Inspect the Vehicle Perform a pre-ride inspection for signs of damage, loose bolts, or fluid leaks. Ensure that tires are properly inflated, brakes work correctly, and all lights are operational. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Helmet Always wear a certified helmet that fits securely. Replace helmets that have been involved in an accident or show signs of damage. Protective Gear Wear gloves, long sleeves, long pants, over-the-ankle boots, and eye protection. Additional protection like knee and elbow pads is strongly recommended. Riding Techniques Two-Person Vehicles (SxS) All passengers must be seated properly with their own designated seats. Never exceed the manufacturer’s recommended number of passengers. Seatbelts Always wear seatbelts if your vehicle is equipped with them. Ensure all passengers are properly buckled in before starting. One Rider per ATV ATVs are generally designed for one rider. Passengers are only allowed if the ATV is specifically built for two. Age Restrictions Follow legal age requirements and do not allow underage riders. Speed Control Follow all posted speed limits. Adjust your speed according to terrain, visibility, and traffic conditions. Avoid excessive speeds, especially on uneven or unfamiliar trails. Terrain and Environment Stay on Designated Trails Ride only in authorized areas. Do not trespass on private property. Be Aware of Surroundings Stay alert and avoid obstacles. Watch for pedestrians, other vehicles, and wildlife. Avoid Alcohol and Drugs Never ride under the influence. Impaired driving is extremely dangerous and illegal. Emergency Preparedness Communication Device Carry a fully charged mobile phone or radio. Inform someone of your route and expected return time. Tool Kit and First Aid Bring a basic repair kit and first aid supplies. Know how to treat minor injuries and respond to common accidents. Weather Awareness Check the forecast before riding. Avoid tours during severe weather conditions like heavy rain or storms. Additional Safety Tips Group Riding Maintain a safe distance between vehicles. Use clear signals for turns, stops, and regrouping. Downhill Descents Go slow and lean back to maintain balance. Uphill Climbs Ride straight up hills and lean forward to avoid tipping. Know Your Limits Respect your skill level and the vehicle's capabilities. Do not attempt stunts or aggressive maneuvers. Violation Policy Each participant is given one warning. If a participant violates the safety rules a second time, the column manager has the right to stop the entire group and return to the base immediately, even if the route is not completed. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
  • What are the general rules and guidelines on the trail?
    Before driving, you must carefully familiarize yourself with the safety and driving instructions. 1. The use of a helmet is mandatory. 2. Alcohol and drugs are prohibited before or during the tour. 3. To follow strictly observing the distance and not to drive beyond the route on which the driver of the convoy moves. 4. Do not spread arms or legs apart. 5. Do not exceed the speed limit and follow strictly behind the convoy manager. 6. Strictly follow the instructions of the convoy manager. For each participant there is one warning, on the second remark the column manager will turn all participants and we will return to the base despite the fact that we have not traveled the whole route without refund.
